Led by Shailaja Dhore (Walde) — M.Sc. in Yogic Science, Assistant Professor, Certified International Yog Trainer, AYUSH Ministry–certified Teacher & Evaluator, and Yog Instructor at NADT, Nagpur — our approach blends classical wisdom with modern, research-based practices. From breathwork that naturally improves oxygen consumption to neuro-yog and evidence-based meditation, every session is crafted to be practical, safe, and result oriented.

“My Journey from Illness to Wellness Through Yoga”
There was a time when my body constantly felt tired and weak — my haemoglobin levels were always low. Alongside that, I struggled with serious gynecological issues, which caused excessive blood loss during my periods. In fact, in 2020, I was advised to undergo a uterus removal surgery.
But something inside me wasn’t ready for that step. I decided to give my body a chance to heal naturally. That’s when I committed myself to regular yoga practice. Slowly, I began to notice changes — my gynecological issues improved, and today, they’re completely gone.
It wasn’t just that. I had suffered from migraine attacks for years, but with consistent yoga, a balanced diet, and mindful living, my migraines disappeared completely.
I had been on thyroid medication since 2008, but with the right combination of yoga, diet, and proper sleep, my thyroid health improved so much that my doctor stopped my tablets altogether.
Then, in March 2021, I faced another challenge — a posterior meniscus tear in my right knee. Walking became painful, and stress took over. But with naturopathy, yoga, and mindful lifestyle habits, I healed without needing surgery.
Today, my life feels completely transformed. I sleep deeply, my digestion is regular, my appetite is healthy, and my energy stays with me throughout the day. I no longer feel tired — I feel alive, renewed, and full of gratitude.
